She shares that she was put on her first diet at age twelve. She felt accepted as thin, which led Lois down a painful path of striving for acceptance. Countless years of weight loss and weight gain became an emotional roller coaster for Lois. One day in 2019, Lois prayed for an answer to her struggle, and came upon an IF interview with Gin.
