She never struggled with her weight until she began having children. She would gain 40-50 pounds with each pregnancy and diet to lose the weight, but she always gained it back. In April of 2019, Gina’s cousin shared Delay, Don’t Deny with her and Gina began her IF journey. She lost 30 pounds. With the stressful pandemic of 2020 and a surprise sixth pregnancy, Gina once again gained weight. She is back to IF and loves the health and wellness it has brought her.
