She did her fair share of diets for countless years and in 2019, found herself at her highest weight of 272 pounds. In January of 2020, friends shared with her a “16:8 program” they were doing. However, they were not fasting clean. Amy Jo decided to do some research, and found Gin’s DDD Facebook group. Once she switched to the clean fast, the weight came off quickly. More than two years later, Amy Jo has lost 92 pounds. She has far less chronic pain and no longer needs daily pain medicine. Amy Jo’s advice: “Fast clean, and hang in there! You have to give IF time.
