After having her last baby, Molly found herself at her highest weight of 240 pounds. Her doctor prescribed diet pills, which helped Molly to lose weight, but gained it back once she stopped taking them. Molly was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), which began her journey to IF. She found Gin’s IF podcasts, read her books, and Molly began her IF journey in 2021. She has lost 70 pounds, her ovarian cysts have reduced, she has less inflammation, and she feels improved mental clarity and lots of confidence.
