She shares that she did her first diet at age fourteen, which began a lifetime of trying "every diet under the sun." By January of 2019, Michelle had reached her highest weight. A friend told her about intermittent fasting, and Michelle immediately began to research it. She read Delay, Don't Deny , The Obesity Code , and listened to The Intermittent Fasting podcasts. This helped her to understand how and why IF works. As Michelle began her journey, she looked at IF as a diet. Over time, however, she realized she needed to change her mindset of, "I hate my body; how can I make it smaller?" to "How can I serve and heal my body?" This changed everything!
