From sixteen on, she was either trying to lose weight or gaining weight. She tried countless diets, and this began the cycle of yo-yo dieting. A close friend shared Delay, Don’t Deny with her , and Kristin learned about the clean fast. In March of 2020, she began IF. Her daily goal is 20:4, and to date, Kristin has lost 20 pounds. Kristin has experienced fantastic health improvements: both her plantar fasciitis and eczema are gone, her allergies have improved, she has more energy, and she no longer needs to nap.
