He shares that he never dieted prior to intermittent fasting, but he did struggle with his weight. While on a business trip to Vienna in 2015, he looked in the mirror and realized it was time to do something about it. A fellow colleague casually mentioned IF and The 5:2 Diet by Dr. Michael Mosley.
