She tried plenty of diets over the years and counted calories, but nothing worked. By December of 2019, she was at her highest weight. Christy found intermittent fasting through a documentary and then found one of Gin’s podcasts. Christy is flexible with her fasting schedule. She has lost 55 pounds, her blood pressure has lowered, her arthritis is gone, and she feels confident in her new body. Christy’s advice: You are worth it!
