Georgia did not begin dieting until she was in her 40s, while Lee was always between 30-60 pounds overweight, and tried every diet out there: "I was always either gaining or losing." Georgia heard about IF through a podcast, and shared it with Lee. They immediately began the IF lifestyle, and felt better right away! Georgia keeps a regular 18:6 protocol, and has lost 10 pounds.
