She shares that her weight struggles began after she got married and went on birth control. At 25, Wendy was diagnosed with endometriosis and several years later had a hysterectomy. This put Wendy into early menopause and her weight began to climb. By Spring of 2018, she reached her highest weight and felt terrible. Wendy’s sister shared IF and Delay, Don’t Deny, and Wendy immediately began her IF journey. Her goal was related to her health, not her weight.
