She began to struggle with her weight in her twenties. When she found herself at 205 pounds, she began the cycle of dieting. In July of 2019, a friend shared Delay, Don’t Deny with Amy. IF made complete sense to herm and she began her IF journey right away. She has lost 53 pounds, is off her blood pressure meds, her blood glucose levels are down, and Amy feels confident in everything she does. Amy’s advice: Keep going!
