Beth is a moderator in the Delay, Don't Deny Facebook group, and is currently attending school to become a health coach. Beth struggled with her weight after having her now-grown children. She yo-yo dieted for many years, counting calories, trying various diets, and maintaining a vigorous exercise routine. She would lose weight easily, but could never maintain the loss.
