She struggled with her weight beginning in her thirties. After the pandemic of 2020, she gained a great deal of weight and did not feel well. An endocrinologist discovered that Jalene had also gone through early menopause. In June of 2021, Jalene learned of IF through a podcast and read Delay, Don’t Deny and Fast Feast Repeat . She has lost more than thirty pounds. Jalene has reversed insulin resistance, lowered her cholesterol, improved her hair and skin, and feels confident for the first time in her life.
