She began to struggle with her weight in her twenties and started her first diet program. She would lose weight, but always gain it back. In November of 2021, Anita found herself at 256 pounds and knew she needed to do something. Her sister shared IF with her, along with Gin’s books. Anita began her IF journey gradually. She has lost 80 pounds and 15 inches off her waist! Anita no longer struggles with migraines, is more active, and feels healthy. Anita’s advice: Get your head in the IF game!
