She struggled with her weight for many years. She followed numerous diet programs over the years. But by Easter of 2021, Judith found herself at 405 pounds. She knew something must change and in her search for yet another diet, stumbled upon intermittent fasting. Judith immediately began her IF journey and lost 30 pounds of inflammation with ease. In August of 2021, Judith’s husband was diagnosed with stomach cancer but through all of the challenges, Judith stayed committed to IF. Looking back, she sees that IF was her lifeline and source of comfort during a very stressful and difficult time. Judith has gone from 405 pounds to 268 pounds, and she’s continuing to lose weight.
