Her mother was always on a diet and Josie followed in her footsteps. For years, Josie worked on a yacht, which meant food was readily available. The scale steadily climbed. Then in 2018, Josie’s mother passed away and Josie found herself turning to food for comfort. A year later, Josie saw a picture of herself that shocked her, and she decided to step onto the scale. She had reached her highest weight of 220 pounds. In January of 2020, Josie searched online for a way to lose weight, and found Delay, Don’t Deny.
