She began to struggle with her weight in her teens and her mother put her on several diets. After getting married and having two children, Lenda reached her highest weight and decided to have gastric band surgery. She lost more than 100 pounds, but after having complications, she had it removed. By 2021, Lenda was ready to give up, when a friend sent her an episode from this podcast. Lenda also listened to Fast Feast Repeat, and she began her IF journey in January of 2022.
