Sam is a self proclaimed leisure athlete, but has also been able to accomplish whatever goal she sets her mind to. She's now working on her Masters in Counselling Psychology degree and is a 2023 Run Uphill ambassador. Sam gets honest about her shift from focusing too much on how her running looks on Strava, to realizing that's not where your worth comes from. She's now a speedster in the trails on foot or bike, and training for Squamish 50km.
