Phil de la Haye is a Certified IFS Therapist, Counsellor, and SIRPA Practitioner. He has a particular interest in the way that stress and trauma impact the nervous system, and how this can affect our physical body as well as our mental health. As a transgender and queer clinician, Phil does a lot of work with queer and gender diverse clients. He is also an advocate for the trans and LGBTQ+ community. Phil is a long term JournalSpeaker, and he’s been involved in my online community since 2020 when he began his own recovery from many years of chronic symptoms. Enjoy!
