S4 E 22 - The Role of Community in the "Messy Middle" with Lisa and Jamie

A lot of people in our communities talk about the difficulty of the “messy middle” - when you are no longer asleep and unaware that your symptoms are TMS, you are doing the work and carrying on, but you’re also challenged daily by the feeling that this is a lot to handle. Jamie, an OMEGA alum, has also been a member of our Heal With Nicole community, and honors the role of connection and friendship in navigating this messy middle place. Lisa and I treasure this experience as well. It reveals the importance of connectedness and the strength of the human spirit. She joins us today alongside Jamie to discuss our shared experiences in both our virtual and in-person OMEGA communities, and the ways in which our pain becomes an entry point to finding “our people” - being able to love and connect in new and deepening ways.
