Gabby Bernstein is an inspiration of the highest order - a person who not only seeks relentlessly to set herself free, but practices what she preaches with earnest willingness and passion. What a joy it was to connect with Gabby. I was originally introduced to Gabby's work in the days of my early sobriety when I read her book, The Universe Has Your Back , 5 years ago. It immediately resonated with me, as I knew intuitively that we were speaking the same language. In addition to changing my life personally, the story of her own TMS (which she didn't even know was TMS at the time!) showed me that my work was needed in this world, and encouraged me to get up every day and bring it to the global community. Today on the pod, Gabby and I sit down to discuss the ways in which her life has changed since discovering Dr. Sarno and my work, and the ways she can continue learning and growing.
