I have struggled with insomnia, a common TMS equivalent, for a lifetime. It can be a lonely, scary place wracked with meaning, and can really pose a challenge. I get hundreds of emails a week, often people asking about insomnia as well as myriad other symptoms and conditions. It is a thread that often runs parallel to many other inquires, so I thought I would give it its own podcast!
