S2 Ep1: Summer Series Introduction: We Are Back!

This 2 month hiatus has allowed me some perspective. To look within, and begin to know what is next for us. The pandemic has required that we slow down and pause in ways we never could have expected. Now, we find ourselves at a crossroads - how do we learn to come alive again? How do we combine resolving chronic pain and anxiety (removing the negative) with filling that space with possibilities, growth, joy and meaning (adding the positive)? These two concepts combined are, as I see it, the most powerful recipe for a life well lived. This summer, we are going to inquire about both, together. I want to be with you, learn you, hear from you. I am setting up a platform (details next week) to capture your voices and bring you directly onto the podcast with me. I will answer your questions, learn your needs, and create topics that take us through the summer, based on all of us. Then in the fall, we will crystallize it all into a plan to take us more deeply through the wellness journey in ways specific to you, and your healing. It's all happening.
