This is a travel week for me, so today is a less formal "knowledge drop" about something that has been on my mind, heart, and body. As I deal with the grief of saying goodbye to Blu, I am also experiencing what are ubiquitously labeled as symptoms of Long Covid. It's fascinating for me, as a mindbody practitioner, to experience "having" something, but not give it the meaning that, say, a layperson would.
