I've learned this year that we need to get lost in order to be found. The obstacles in the path are the path. Our challenging parts of life (family, work, self-worth, relationships) are our sacred spiritual practices. Happily, all of this hard work also results in the cessation of chronic pain. What a joy it is for me to be on this trip with you. I love that I can use my own life as an example and a lesson - the best and most effective elements of a message are the most personal. I know what I live, and I can teach it best. Today we touch upon the lessons I've gleaned from 2022, and what I wish for you in 2023. We have so much to do together!
