As this new post pandemic world rolls along, we are living now in the age of Long Covid. So many people are suffering, and it's so important to discuss as often as possible the ways in which we can keep our fears at bay, recognizing long covid for what it is: a reaction of the mindbody system to stress and long-term sustained fight or flight. In other words, Long Covid is TMS.
