About this episode
After discussing the latest news out of a Boston, we welcomed Dr. Rachel Tambling. Rachel is a professor at the University of Connecticut with a background in trauma survivorship and addiction work and a marriage and family therapist. She is also her state representative for Road Runners Club of America, a marathoner, and coach. In this episode, we discuss how, why, and when to seek therapy and what to look for when searching for a therapist. This is an important conversation for runners and non-runners. We hope that you enjoy and learn from this conversation as much as we did!
