He started 4U Nutrition 2 years ago. 4U Nutrition is an online nutrition coaching business that was built on education, accountability, and sustainability. Fitness & nutrition has been apart of my life since he was 8 years old, and helped him battle through depression. His passion is helping people live a life they love through fitness & nutrition.
