Charles Arthur Floyd grows up on his father’s farm in Oklahoma and travels the southern plains as a field hand during harvest season. But he quickly grows tired of life on the farm. He participates in a small robbery, and then travels to the big city of St. Louis to lead his first real heist. After that, he’s hooked.
