Over the summer, I had the amazing opportunity to run our first international artist retreat to Oaxaca, Mexico. It was an incredible time filled with connection between artists and discovery. This week, I share about our trip and also share how I get out of my own head to see my day-to-day differently. We can't always hop on a plane to get out of our routine, so I wanted to share how I "switch my lens" when I feel like I am in a bit of a rut. This allows me to generate new ideas for my work and rediscover my own lightness in life.
