Be inspired by the color and craft in Oaxaca, Mexico! Travel has always been a way for artists to feel renewed and inspired. Seeing a different culture and appreciating their art allows us to see not only our work through a new lens but also ourselves. Join Erika b Hess and explore and experience the culture of Oaxaca in an intimate group. Explore the city itself, and visit artisan villages and archeological ruins surrounding the city. Artists will stay in the heart of Oaxaca in a beautiful casa filled with lush gardens, a library, and a shared studio space. Each day we will start the day with an organic breakfast in the beautiful and authentic casa dining room. After breakfast, we will venture into the world of Mexico through our sketchbook and various tours!
