Pat and Alan chat about his drastic weight change after retiring, and what he's done in order to keep that weight off, what Ravens week is like preparation wise for a Steelers player, his thoughts on the Steelers offensive line this year, and how he's seen offensive line play change since he retired (51:48-1:05:52).
