(stool) Focusing on nutrition but not strength training. Sleeping well, but not dialing in training, etc. 4- You don’t actually want it (Fence sitter) 5- You don’t have a SMART goal Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound . 6- Doing the bare minimum and not actually reflecting on what you need to do to succeed. 7- Lack of accountability.
