Fight for Your Art Dreams 100 years ago today, the 19th amendment was signed giving women the right to vote. It's also the anniversary of Martin Luther King's "I Have a Dream Speech." There are numerous women artists that inspire me. I can name so many just off the top of my head so was disappointing to hear that less than 10% of the art at the MOMA were by women artists. That was in 2002, and sadly it hasn't changed much in the past 20 years. We don't have to be a statistic. We can fight. I believe in you, in your art, and your dream.
