I share my observations from my experience using the Nutrisense Continuous Glucose Monitor in this breather show, as well as the important attributes to look for when you’re doing continuous glucose monitoring. I have been working with these guys for several years now (since their initial launch) and it has been so cool to watch this technology rise in popularity over the years. In my opinion, a CGM journey is a bucket list item for virtually anybody—and while you don’t need to be extreme, doing even just a single course of putting the CGM for two weeks can give you enough important information that will tee you up for good behavior habits for the rest of your life.
