I made it all the way to 2023 without getting Covid, but in January I was forced to check out from my everyday life, sleep more, and rest as I recovered after testing positive. I even broke my six-year long streak of performing my morning movement routine every single morning without fail, but this gave me a wonderful chance to reflect on my health and my habits with fitness and food.
