Is making the CFP with three losses possible? + Brian Kelly suing LSU

Week 12 is here. Three weeks remain in the regular season as races for both conference championships and the College Football Playoff continue to grow tighter. Currently, there are a host of teams in playoff position with one or two losses, but how many losses can certain teams afford? A couple of those teams have big matchups this weekend as #11 Oklahoma visits #4 Alabama and #10 Texas visits #5 Georgia. Texas and Oklahoma already have two losses. Can they make it into the playoff if they drop another game? The same goes for #14 Vanderbilt and #23 Tennessee.
