Was I going to stay in that darkness, or was I going to try to find light, and that there was a reason for this in some way?” - Heather “When I did Reparent, I realized that so much of my actions were coming from a lack mentality and low self-worth. I actually had to shift out of the lack mentality before I could even shift out of the low self-worth because that’s how embedded I was.” - Heather “I think that’s the biggest thing with all of this. Yes, I’ve been able to manifest tangible things, but this is less about manifesting things, and more about the fact that I had been keeping myself small for so long. With Lacy’s work, I’ve been able to increase my self-worth and my deservingness.” - Heather Pathway member, Heather Whitaker, joins us for a Process episode today.
