We are quickly racing through the month of May, and remember, next week is the finale of American Idol "BBQ Central Show" Edition so be sure to tune in for the first (and last) round of live singing! Anyway, leading off the 3rd Tuesday of the month is the creator of the Barbecue Bible and the most prolific BBQ book writer of all time, Steven Raichlen. Steven has been picked as the HPBA "Why I grill" ambassador so we will talk to him about that.
