My first guest tonight is hosting the popular BBQ USA TV show that travels the country to showcase different BBQ competitions and the teams that compete in them. Cleveland's very own Michael Symon stops by to talk about the show, how it all came together and what we can expect for the rest of the season. We will also talk a little bit about what he thinks the positives and negatives are about the current competition seen and we might talk a little Cleveland business as well. 9:35pm - After Michael, I will be joined by the person whom many consider to be the best competition BBQ'er of all time (The GOAT), Darren Warth from Smokey D's BBQ .
