Hour 1: My first guest tonight just attended the KCBS End of The Year Banquet and received his honor for being top chicken cook in 2012. Pitmaster of Slap Yo Daddy , Harry Soo joins me. Harry will recap his 2012 season and give us some of his highlights. We will look ahead to the upcoming 2013 season, his cooking classes and his new process of cooking chicken…and what internal temperature to finish it at…you won’t want to miss it!! We will get some background on her, some history on Anheuser-Busch and most importantly, the proper beer pouring techniques.
