(August 27, 2019 - Hour One) One of the few folks whom I would trust with the show when I am not able to host live, Steve Ray from Owl's Nest BBQ, sits in for me while I make my way back from Chicago. I will recap that trip next week! It has been a while since we've gotten in-depth pizza talk from the country's (maybe the world's) foremost authority, Matt Frampton from BBQ Revolution. Steve and Matt will chop it up on all things pizza. Steve is a recent owner of a wood fired pizza oven and will ask all the right questions to help you out with your backyard pizza making parties!
