In episode 10, we connect with long time ultra-marathon runner, Jeff "Bronco Billy" Browning. Jeff is a 100 mile specialist with well over 100 ultras and nearly 30 hundred milers to his name. He has performed well on big stages; including 3rd (2016) and 4th (2017) place finishes at the historic Western States Endurance Run. After contemplating retirement due to some health issue, Jeff relaunched his career by adopting a high fat nutrition strategy. At 46 years old it doesn't appear Jeff is going anywhere anytime soon.
