There doesn't seem to be a reason for payment processors to shut down a deal with a Patreon competitor other than to protect Patreon from the damage it caused itself. Youtube Law is a tech lawyer who weighs in on the issue. Perhaps its an issue of social justice activists targeting Sargon but it could also be a greater attempt to stifle competition to their platform.
