Democrats DEMAND Governor Cuomo Resign As He Faces CRIMINAL Investigation Over Nursing Home Scandal. Bipartisan support is on the rise with the majority of the majority demanding Andrew Cuomo resign. Democrats at the state level and federal level join republicans in calling for criminal investigations into Cuomo over his nursing home cover up scandal and the new allegations made against him by six women. Police have reportedly said that the accusations against him may amount to a crime. Biden however is not going to be condemning Cuomo at this time pending an investigation.
