Democrats Announce INSANE Human Rights Violations In New COVID Lockdown, Our Constitution Is On FIRE

The Mayor of Los Angeles, a Democrat, has announced on of the most insane human rights violations to date. Garcetti has said that egregious offenders who exercise their first amendment rights to have large gatherings with have their utilities, power and water, shut off. Shutting off access to water is a human rights violation and yet they seem to think it is fine.
