Democrat Adam Schiff SUED In Federal Court, Accused Of Abuse Of Power In Impeachment Process. Watchdog group Judicial watch is suing Adam Schiff in federal court after they failed to deliver documents pertaining to the procurement and release of private phone details belonging to Devin Nunes and US Journalist John Solomon. Schiff claims he did not subpoena Nunes or Solomon and if thats the case these documents can shed some light on what really happened and whether or not Schiff is being honest. Adam Schiff however has lied in the past about Russian collusion and Donald Trump so he certainly does not get the benefit of the doubt.
