Democrats HAVE NOT IMPEACHED Trump, Democrats OWN Witness Undermines Pelosi's Strategy. Thought Democrats in the house did vote to impeach Trump, according to Harvard professor and Democratic Witness Noah Feldman impeachment is not official until the articles of impeachment are transmitted to the Senate and Democrats appoint managers to prosecute the impeachment. This is significant because Democrats plan to withhold the articles for an undetermined amount of time and for dubious reasons. If Democrats refuse to file the impeachment than according to Feldman Trump can legally say and with a strong argument he has not actually been impeached. One analogy would be a Prosecutor announcing they will charge you with a crime but then never filing with the court so nothing ends up happening.
