Tia Williams is not only the editorial director at the Estée Lauder Companies Inc., overseeing the voice of its subsidiary brands, but she’s also a best-selling author. Her latest book, Seven Days in June , became an instant hit as an NYT best seller and a Reese Witherspoon book-club pick.
