In August 2018, Petra released her first book, The Perfection Detox: Tame Your Inner Critic, Live Bravely and Unleash Your Joy , which made its debut at no.1 in new releases on Amazon. Petra has over thirty years of experience in the fitness industry and has been honored with countless speaker and instructor awards. For over a decade she was a spokesperson for Reebok traveling around the world, starring on their VHS tapes (!!), and was a regular fitness host on FitTV. As a two-time cancer survivor, she is passionate about waking people up to the precious gift of time.
